         2. MALL MANAGER (MM)
         3. STORE SUPERVISOR (SS)
         4. HRD SUPERVISOR (HS)

Qualification :
·Male / Female (1-4)
·Bachelor degree from all major (1-3)
·Bachelor degree from Psychologi / Law / Human Resource Economic (4)
·Min GPA 3,0 (1-4)
·Have experiences in Retail at least 3 years (1-3)
·Have experiences in same field at least 2 years (4)
·Healthy both physically and mentally
·To be place in all branches at Sriratu Group (1-3), Tegal (4)

Job Description :

SM    :  Responsible in operation department, making sure target sales in achieved, managing stocks and human resource related to operation. Attractive bonuses if target achieved.
MM    :  Responsible for the whole operation for reporting, checking, budget, and achieving target
SS    :  To assist SM in operation departement, and will be promoted in Store Manager
HRS    :  Responsible for Industrial Relation, Payroll System, Training 'n  Development, Recruitment 'n Job Placement, Prosperity of Employees System
